Tucked away down a private drive with no noise restrictions, it is the only site on the island to stay open as late as our esteemed clients desire. Our new cape cod-style building, with a magnificent truss ceiling and large slider doors, offers the versatility to craft the perfect indoor-outdoor space. Spanning over 10,000 square feet, the new venue can cater to large or intimate gatherings. The vast green space surrounding our venue is a blank canvas for your event planning, presenting limitless possibilities for your creative vision. “The venue was AMAZING! It was such a pleasure working with Michelle (and you!). She was on top of everything and made the process so easy. The bride and grooms suites are fabulous. We loved the drinks in the mini fridges and fun snacks as well as all the accessories that were available to us (ie. Bandaids, hair clips, safety pins, etc). Even the hair and make up ladies, and the photographers were impressed with everything that was included. The abundance of glass door sliders and windows make the breathtaking views that much better. Having access to the venue the night before and the day after were key as it took pressure off of the actual wedding day.

“I want to say that we had the ABSOLUTE BEST time from the second we got there until our exit. Everything was beautiful, the timeline was smooth without any problems, and it was the best best best day I could have ever asked for! We have gotten nothing but glowing comments from our guests about how beautiful the venue was, how awesome the set up was, and how much they loved the marsh and the sunset!! We absolutely loved our day and are so so happy we took the chance and booked with you guys over a year ago when the venue was just a tent!!! We are so thankful for you and Michelle and all of the hospitality and kindness you showed us, the flexibility of the venue, and all the goodies in the getting ready rooms!

“Our wedding was almost a year and a half ago and I’m still in awe of how everything came together — our favorite part of the day was when the sun was setting behind us as we were saying our vows. It’s something I’ll never forget! I looked out on the marsh and saw pink skies, dolphins swimming in the marsh, and sail boats out for a happy hour cruise. Our guests were also in awe – it was so special! The Amelia River Club holds a special place in my heart, and provided the perfect Florida wedding venue experience.
Our day came together because of my fantastic wedding planner & amazing wedding venue coordinator, Michelle Miller! Michelle made sure every detail was in order and helped make sure my vendors knew where to go, the bridesmaids and groomsmen were in order, etc! Each and every thoughtful detail was taken care of behind the scenes. As the bride, this was the dream! We got to enjoy our day/ night and are so thankful for the Amelia River Club and their amazing team. Can’t wait to see what all they do in the future!
