Membership Overview Ages 45 and above
Initiation Fee: $20,000*
Monthly Dues:
- Single Membership (Individual ): $350*
- Family Membership (Couple + immediate family up to 25 years): $450*
All memberships include a $600 monthly Food & Beverage or Retail minimum.
*All fees are subject to 7% sales tax, which is not included in the amounts listed.
Exclusive Member Benefits
- Unlimited Access to driving range and practice facilities
- Priority Tee Times: Book your rounds up to 14 days in advance
- Flexible Guest Policy:
- Play with guests at special rates — $50
- Members must accompany guests
- Guests may play at guest rate up to 4 times per year and then unlimited for $85
- Cart & Walking Fees:
- Cart: $24 per person (18 holes) / $16 (9 holes)
- Walking anytime with trail fees; complimentary walking after 2 PM for full members
- Exclusive Discounts:
- 15% off food and beverage
- Discounts on club merchandise 30% off soft goods and 15% off hard goods
- Convenient Monthly Billing: Set up your charge account with credit or debit card
- Handicap Service: USGA-certified for $30 per year
- Club Storage: Available for $75 annually (limited spaces)
