Membership Overview
Initiation Fee: $15,000*
Monthly Dues:
- Single Membership (Individual ): $350*
- Family Membership (Couple + immediate family up to 25 years): $450*
All memberships include a $600 monthly Food & Beverage or Retail minimum.
*All fees are subject to 7% sales tax, which is not included in the amounts listed.
The minimum needs to be $600 for the year not monthly.
Member Benefits & Privileges
- Access to Golf at Preferred Rates:
- $38 per person for 18 holes
- $24 per person for 9 holes
- Guest Privileges:
- $85 Guest Rate for 18 holes
- Members must be present
- Guests may play at guest rate up to 4 times per year
- Walking Access:
- Walk anytime with trail fees of $38 (18 holes) and $24 (9 holes)
- Advance Tee Time Booking: 7-day reservation window
- Dining & Retail Discounts:
- 15% off all food and beverage
- Discounts on club merchandise 30% off soft goods and 15% off hard goods
- Half off Driving Range Balls
- Member Account Privileges:
- Charge account setup with credit or debit card
- Convenient monthly billing
- USGA Handicap Service: $30/year
- Club Storage: $75/year (limited space available)
- Social Events & Activities:
- Invitations to member-exclusive events, dining nights, and more
